இதற்கான கல்வி தகுதி, சம்பளம், காலியிடங்கள் எண்ணிக்கை, விண்ணப்பிக்கும் முறை அனைத்தும் கீழே கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

கல்வி தகுதி:
1. Must possess Minimum General Educational Qualification (10th)
2. Must have passed the Government Technical Examination in Typewriting;
- by Higher or Senior Grade in Tamil and English (or)
- by Higher or Senior Grade in Tamil and Lower /Junior Grade in English (or)
- by Higher or Senior Grade in English and Lower / Jr. Grade in Tamil
3. A pass in Certificate Course in Computer on Office Automation conducted by the DTE, Govt. of Tamil Nadu
Note:
Applicants who possess a Graduate (or) Diploma in Computer Science (or) Computer Engineering (or) Computer Application (or) Information Technology (or) Software Engineering (or) Computing (or) Computer Information System (or) Computer Design approved by the University Grants Commission / All India Council for Technical Education / Directorate of Technical Education (or) an equivalent body shall not be required to acquire the Certificate Course in Computer on Office Automation.
Applicants who do not possess Certificate Course in Computer on Office Automation conducted by the DTE, Govt. of Tamil Nadu may also apply. If selected, they should acquire such Education qualification within the period of their probation or within 02 years from the date of appointment to the post, as the case may be.
வயது வரம்பு: 18 வயது பூர்த்தி அடைந்தவராகவும் 32 வயதுக்கு மேற்படாதவராகவும் இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.

One Time Registration Fee – Rs.150/-

Fee Concession:
Ex-Servicemen – Two Free Chances
BCM, BC, MBC / DC – Three Free Chances

ஆன்லைனில் விண்ணப்பிப்பதற்கு முன்பு கல்வி சான்றிதழ்கள், கையொப்பம், புகைப்படம் ஆகியவற்றை ஸ்கேன் செய்து எடுத்துக் கொள்ளவும்.
